Welcome to Luxdareno. By requesting our services, interacting with this website, or signing work bookings, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
"Service" refers to any high-end professional cleaning, restoration, estate care, or advisory services conducted by us. "Client", "you" refers to the individual or business entity purchasing our professional services. "Company", "we", "us" refers to Luxdareno Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.
All cleaning actions are executed in strict accordance with the custom playbook drafted during the intake and assessment process. Any supplementary instructions or modifications must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shift.
To ensure a safe, high-quality, and prompt outcome, the Client is expected to provide:
All premium service rates are outlined during intake assessment and are subject to VAT if applicable by HMRC guidelines. Payment protocols will be defined upon formal contract completion.
While we operate with absolute care and supervise shifts rigorously, Luxdareno Ltd shall not be liable for damages resulting from wear-and-tear or pre-existing material defects. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fee paid by the Client for that specific shift.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute resulting from them are governed strictly by the laws of England and Wales. Parties submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in London, UK.
We reserve the right to modify these service terms at any point. Current terms are posted here and contain the latest update timestamps.
